Skywolf Game Studios — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skywolf Game Studios' games, applications, websites, digital assets, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games and apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and any applicable platform terms.

2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Services except as permitted by law; cheat, exploit, or disrupt the Services or other users; use the Services for unlawful purposes; or infringe our or others' intellectual property.

3. Purchases & Virtual Items
Purchases and in-app purchases are processed by the platform you buy through (Google Play, Apple, itch.io) and are subject to that platform's terms and refund policies. Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property
All content in the Services — including games, characters (such as Barko), artwork, 3D assets, code, audio, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Skywolf Game Studios and protected by law. Except for rights expressly granted (see our Royalty-Free Asset License Agreement for purchased assets), no rights are transferred to you.

5. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skywolf Game Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant Service or US $50.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skywolf Game Studios from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
