Royalty-Free Asset License Agreement

Skywolf Game Studios — Royalty-Free Asset License Agreement
Effective Date: [July 3, 2026]

This Agreement governs your use of paid and standard digital assets ("Assets") created and distributed by Skywolf Game Studios ("Skywolf"). By downloading or using an Asset, you agree to these terms. (Note: Assets we explicitly release under CC0 / public domain are governed by CC0 and are exempt from the restrictions below.)

1. License Grant
Upon lawful acquisition, Skywolf grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and incorporate the Assets into your own games, apps, videos, and creative or commercial projects ("Your Projects").

2. Permitted Uses

• Use in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Modify, remix, and adapt the Assets for use in Your Projects.
• Use across multiple projects without paying additional fees.

3. Restrictions
You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Assets as standalone files or in a substantially similar form (i.e., not meaningfully integrated into a project).
• Include the Assets in any asset pack, template, marketplace listing, NFT, or competing product where the Asset itself is the primary value.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original Assets.
• Use the Assets in unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

4. Ownership
Skywolf retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual-property rights in the Assets. This Agreement grants a license only; it does not transfer ownership.

5. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required for standard licensed Assets, unless otherwise stated on the Asset's listing.

6. No Warranty
Assets are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Skywolf is not liable for any damages arising from their use.

7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination you must stop using and distributing the Assets, except as already embedded in published Projects created in compliance with this Agreement.
